Looking for a member services representative responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our club members and staff at Crunch Fitness
- Undefeated Tribe.

The Member Services Representative creates a welcoming, friendly, and hospitable environment, passionate about fitness and serving others, aligned with our purpose to enrich lives through well-being.

• Greet members & guests warmly, demonstrating engagement skills.
• Assist with membership, retail, and tanning product sales.
• Promote membership privileges like tanning, group fitness, small group training, and childcare.
• Contribute to new member enrollment, guest conversion, and onboarding standards.
• Check in members and guests per procedures, resolving issues promptly.
• Answer phones courteously and professionally.
• Communicate special events and updates to members and guests.
• Handle member requests or escalate to management.
• Maintain professionalism and courtesy at all times.
• Be knowledgeable about club facilities, services, programs, and schedules.
• Keep work area clean and organized.
• Navigate all front desk stations including check-in, Relax & Recover, guest services, and sales.
• Support cleanliness beyond shift duties if needed.
• Perform opening and closing duties as required.

• At least 1 year of experience in a service-oriented role preferred.
• Effective communication and proficiency in reading and writing.
• Strong customer service skills.
• CPR/AED certification required (can be obtained within 30 days of hire).

• Lift or move up to 50 lbs.
• Prolonged standing and walking during duties.

• High school diploma or GED required.

Hourly + Commission.
