Job Description
Join our dynamic team as a Customer Service Representative at our Hillsboro, United States location! We're looking for enthusiastic individuals who are passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences and contributing to our company's success.
* Provide friendly and professional customer service, ensuring a positive experience for all clients
* Take customer orders accurately and efficiently
* Maintain a clean and sanitized work environment for team members and customers
* Assist in food preparation and ensure product quality meets our high standards
* Manage inventory and organize supplies effectively
* Operate various equipment within the store
* Multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
* Resolve customer concerns and complaints in a timely and satisfactory manner
* Collaborate with team members to create a fun and exciting atmosphere for customers
* Uphold and represent our brand image with pride and professionalism
Qualifications
* Must be {AGE} years of age or older
* Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
* Basic math skills for handling transactions and counting change
* Positive, upbeat attitude with a customer-focused mindset
* Physical ability to stand, walk, sit, carry, use machines, and lift up to 25 pounds
* Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes and technologies
* Customer service experience preferred
* Excellent multitasking abilities
* Strong problem-solving skills
* Effective time management skills
* Team player with the ability to work collaboratively in a diverse environment
* Flexibility to work various shifts as needed
