• Serve as the first point of contact for customers, maintaining the highest standard of service.
• Proactively engage customers in each interaction to build strong relationships.
• Accurately and efficiently process a wide variety of monetary transactions while adhering to the bank’s procedures.
• Confidently know bank products and explain the benefits to customers.
• Actively listen to customers during daily interactions and offer product recommendations when they fulfill a financial need.
• Balance cash drawers while adhering to bank policies.
• Assist customers with problems or questions, playing an active role in the customer experience.
• Build, develop and maintain partnerships with team members to enhance the customer experience.
• Be an active participant in personal and professional development.
• Complete required training in a timely manner.

• High school diploma or GED; two to three years of bank‑related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Customer service and cash handling skills are preferred.
• Must be eager and willing to learn.
