* Answer incoming phone calls and assist customers with inquiries and orders

* Process customer orders accurately and efficiently

* Handle cash transactions and maintain a balanced cash drawer

* Prepare and package products according to company standards

* Maintain a clean and organized work environment

* Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction

* Resolve customer complaints and concerns in a professional and empathetic manner

* Assist with inventory management and restocking as needed

* Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines

* Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge

Qualifications

* Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor

* Strong communication skills, both verbal and written

* Ability to follow directions and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment

* Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays

* Basic math skills for handling cash transactions accurately

* Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.

* Basic computer skills and ability to learn new software systems quickly

* Strong multitasking abilities and attention to detail

* Team-oriented mindset with a willingness to collaborate and support colleagues

* High school diploma or equivalent preferred

* Previous customer service experience is a plus, but not required

* Ability to remain calm and composed in high-pressure situations
