Shift: Monday‑Thursday 8:30 am‑5 pm;
Friday, 7:30 am‑4 pm
As an Order Entry Specialist in our Customer Support Department, you’ll help take our customers’ needs into our Production team to make it a reality. You will work with both stock and custom orders, ensuring quick and accurate entry so the Production team knows exactly what the customer desires. This role suits someone who loves details and thrives in a fast‑paced environment.
From our Versa‑Tags Key Tag to custom graphics, you will know our products inside and out, and may assist team members with customer calls and call customers directly when needed to ensure accurate ERP entry and production readiness.
- Use extensive knowledge of products, materials, and services to achieve high customer satisfaction
- Receive, review, and enter customer purchase orders (POs) by verifying item, pricing, customer, and shipping information
- Resolve discrepancies by following standard processes or escalating order issues to the relevant team
- Compare data with the original purchase order to verify entry is accurate and complete
- Answer phones when necessary, providing excellent service to customers, vendors, and stakeholders
- Work with the Customer Support Supervisor and, when needed, the General Manager to ensure proper customer service delivery and escalating issues appropriately
- Inform customers of deals and promotions
- Take payment information and other customer account details and enter/update them in the ERP system
- Enter all types of orders, including approvals, reorders, stock, and custom stock
- Other duties as assigned
- High school diploma
- 1+ year(s) of relevant experience processing detailed data entry
- Experience entering customer product orders preferred
- Tech savvy with strong general computer skills
- 50+ WPM data entry with unquestionable accuracy
- Excellent organizational and time‑management skills
- Extremely detail‑oriented, able to quickly and accurately enter data into company databases
- Ability to maintain structured focus and productivity for long periods
- Ability to work under pressure and react quickly
- Strong phone, verbal, and written communication skills with a focus on quality service and professionalism
- Active listening capability
- Adaptability to an ever‑changing environment and different personalities
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Strong computer/keyboard skills; experience with Epicor ERP a plus

Physical Demands
:
The employee must be able to lift or move up to 50 pounds and must be able to see print quality. While performing duties, the employee regularly sits at a computer desk and uses hands for reaching, talking, and hearing.
