Member Assist Cart Attendant

Base pay range

$17.00/hr - $24.00/hr

We are looking for people who take pride in their work to join our team. You help shape our member’s entire shopping experience by giving them a positive first and last impression.

• Ensure members see a well-kept parking lot and assist them with purchases, including cart retrieval, loading vehicles, and providing a great member experience.
• Maintain a positive attitude by smiling, greeting, and thanking members.
• Provide exceptional customer service across the club, answering questions and helping members make purchasing decisions.
• Maintain a clean, neat, and member‑ready area, including the parking lot, carts, and flatbeds.
• Conduct safety sweeps, follow merchandise handling procedures, and report unsafe situations to facility management.
• Assist with processing purchases, payments, and cart retrieval equipment according to company policies.
• Resolve member issues and concerns, promoting the company’s products and services.
• Collaborate with managers, co‑workers, and customers to prioritize tasks and communicate progress.
• Adhere to company policies, procedures, and standards of ethics and integrity.

Premiums may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances.
