You will be the first point of contact for many of our service customers, helping create an exceptional ownership experience while supporting the daily operations of our service department and rental.
Key Responsibilities include:- Schedule and confirm service appointments
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls, texts, and emails
- Follow up with customers regarding maintenance recommendations and declined services
- Assist with customer retention and service marketing campaigns
- Coordinate rental vehicle reservations, check‑outs, and returns
- Communicate with service advisors to ensure seamless customer experiences
- Monitor and manage transportation needs for service customers
- Maintain accurate customer and rental records
- Help drive service department growth through consistent customer follow‑up
- Exceptional customer service and communication skills
- Strong phone presence and appointment‑setting abilities
- Highly organized and detail‑oriented
- Ability to multitask in a fast‑paced service environment
- Positive attitude and team‑first mentality
- Automotive service experience preferred but not required
- Experience in BDC, customer service, hospitality, or call center environments is a plus
