Requirements

• Fluency in Dutch or Flemish (written and spoken);
  English proficiency is an advantage.
• Experience in customer service or support roles is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused mindset.
• Willingness to relocate to Sofia, with relocation costs covered.
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with customer support software is a plus.
• Positive attitude, adaptability, and eagerness to learn.
