* Greet customers warmly and take orders accurately over the phone and in person

* Prepare and serve high-quality pizzas and other menu items

* Process cash and credit card transactions with precision

* Answer customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally

* Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during busy periods

* Assist with various cleaning tasks to uphold our high standards of cleanliness

* Handle multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining a positive attitude

* Contribute to a positive work atmosphere by demonstrating flexibility and willingness to help where needed

Qualifications

* Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor

* Strong communication abilities, both verbal and written

* Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and order processing

* Ability to follow directions and adhere to company policies and procedures

* Physical capability to lift up to 25 lbs and stand for extended periods

* Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and various shifts as needed

* Basic computer skills for operating point-of-sale systems

* Proven multitasking ability in a fast-paced environment

* Keen attention to detail to ensure order accuracy and customer satisfaction

* Team-oriented mindset with a willingness to assist colleagues as needed

* Ability to remain calm and empathetic when addressing customer concerns

* High school diploma or equivalent preferred, but not required
