Mystery Shopper, Customer Service​/HelpDesk

Project Overview

We are looking for detail-oriented Mystery Shoppers to evaluate customer experience at luxury spa locations. The goal of this project is to assess service quality, staff professionalism, and overall guest experience during a standard treatment visit.

• Review the spa’s website before the visit to understand available services and booking options
• Make a telephone enquiry and booking for a standard facial treatment or massage (up to 60 minutes)
• Arrive at the spa early and observe the waiting area and reception environment
• During the visit, allow staff to assess your needs and recommend treatments, rather than requesting a specific service immediately
• Discreetly identify the staff members involved in the experience (via name badges or by politely asking their names)
• Observe service quality, professionalism, and overall guest experience throughout the visit
• Take clear photos during the visit where appropriate
• Keep the receipt for reimbursement

• Submit a detailed evaluation report within 24 hours after the visit
• Upload photos and the purchase receipt in order to receive reimbursement

• Strong attention to detail and observation skills
• Ability to follow instructions and remain discreet during the visit
• Reliable internet access to complete reports
• Ability to take clear photos
