Job description:

This position will include very detail oriented office work, Title Insurance file processing, Loan closings. Interaction with Real Estate Agents, Lenders, Borrowers and Sellers. Must have a great personality with very genuine customer service skills. Must be prepared to go the extra mile for clients to make sure their loan closing is smooth and informed. Ability to talk to agents and lenders for marketing our company is very important.

Required qualifications:

• Legally authorized to work in the United States
• 18 years or older

Preferred qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience in the customer service industry
• At least high school diploma or equivalent or higher
• Reliable transportation to and from work
• Valid driver's license
• Speaks English
• Comfortable handling customer complaints
• Reads English
• Available to work: weekdays
