Domino's Pizza in Bridgeton, United States, is seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a vital member of our organization, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction and maintaining our reputation for excellent service.

Responsibilities include:

• Answering incoming phone calls and taking customer orders accurately and efficiently
• Preparing and making pizzas according to company standards and customer specifications
• Processing cash and credit card transactions with precision
• Providing exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly
• Maintaining a clean and organized work environment
• Collaborating with team members to ensure smooth operations during busy periods
• Assisting with various cleaning tasks as needed
• Handling and lifting items weighing up to 25 lbs.

Qualifications include:

• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow directions accurately
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays
• Basic math skills for handling cash transactions

• Previous customer service experience is a plus, but not required
