Position: Customer Experience Associate I (Fullerton, CA)
Location: California

Role Overview

Avocado is currently looking for a Customer Experience Associate I to be part of our Customer Experience team in Fullerton, CA.

This is a non-exempt, hourly position entitled to overtime pay.

Location:

On-site at our Fullerton, CA location or remote within the United States.

Pay: $19.00 - $22.38 per hour, plus potential monthly bonus.

Responsibilities
  • Respond to customer inquiries via calls, chats, and emails.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of customer issues and interactions.
  • Route concerns to the appropriate departments.
  • Handle order inquiries and report vendor-related issues in line with company standards.
  • Meet department averages for performance metrics, including PRP, QA, CSAT, and time logged in queues.
  • Perform all other assigned duties.
Qualifications
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in the field of customer service.
  • Strong cross-functional communication skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Ability to accept and adjust according to constructive feedback.
  • Effective oral and written communication skills.
  • Great communicator.
  • Regular and predictable attendance.
Physical Requirements
  • Stationary position:
    Must be able to remain stationary 50% of the time.
  • Move:
    This role involves moving throughout the office space to meet with different team members.
  • Operate:
    Constantly operates a computer and other office machines such as printers and tablets.
  • Communicate:
    This role frequently communicates with other team members to update on the status of a task and with customers to help with any inconvenience on orders.
