We are looking for people who take pride in their work to join our team. You help shape our member’s entire shopping experience by giving them a positive first and last impression. In the member assist – cart attendant role, you are responsible for ensuring members see a well‑kept parking lot, helping members with their purchases, ensuring carts are ready and available, assisting members in loading their vehicles, and supporting a great member experience.
You will be on your feet and on the go, rain or shine, sleet or snow – our members count on you.

- Maintaining a positive attitude by smiling, greeting, and thanking members
- Providing exceptional customer service to members across the club as needed, answering any questions they may have
- Maintaining a clean, neat, and member‑ready area
- Ensure club pick‑up orders are filled by contacting members to notify them of delays or product shortages, offering alternatives, and ensuring items are dispensed upon arrival.
- Maintain safety of the facility by conducting safety sweeps, following merchandising procedures, and reporting unsafe situations.
- Provide member service by acknowledging members, identifying needs, assisting with purchasing decisions, processing purchases and payments, operating cash registers, locating merchandise, zoning areas, organizing carts/flatbeds, and maintaining parking lot cleanliness.
- Comply with company policies, procedures, and ethics, including the Open Door Policy.
- Complete work assignments and priorities using policies and resources, collaborating with managers, co‑workers, and customers, identifying priorities, communicating progress, and recommending improvement opportunities.
Hourly wage range: $16.00 to $24.00, plus possible premiums ranging from $0.35 to $3.00 per hour. The actual rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage.
