- Maintain seamless communication with chauffeurs, dispatchers, and clients to uphold our commitment to flawless execution.
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Hospitality, luxury service, or transportation industry experience preferred but not required.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Passionate about delivering luxury service.
- Highly organized with the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced, high-touch environment.
- Tech-savvy with strong typing skills; proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with Google Maps and online search tools.
- Reliable transportation and punctual attendance are essential.
