Senior Customer Relations Trainer, PSA

Collectors is a leading provider of collectible services. We are looking for a Senior Customer Relations Training Specialist to join our PSA Customer Relations team and assist with training needs.

• Assist training in all key areas of the Customer Relations department that may have training needs.
• Deliver training to new hires, temporary employees, and existing employees in Customer Relations.
• Build annual programs and prepare teaching plans for all employees.
• Support onboarding and training for new hires and temporary employees.
• Coordinate with team members, fellow trainers, technical writers, and the Training Manager to ensure all training needs are met.
• Anticipate and identify future training needs and create a curriculum with guidance from the Customer Relations Supervisor.
• Improve policies, procedures, and processes by identifying opportunities for improvement, recommending and implementing solutions, and measuring observed improvements through documentation and reporting.

This role requires you to be onsite in the office 5 days per week.

• B.S. or B.A. preferred.
• 2–4+ years of experience in a training environment.
• Fluent in English with strong reading, comprehension, and presentation skills.
• Reliable attendance and flexibility for occasional later shifts.
• Strong computer skills (Gmail, Google Drive, Google Slides, etc.).
• Proven experience training others and designing training events in a corporate setting, including technical writing.
• Familiarity with traditional and modern training methods (mentoring, coaching, on-the-job or in-classroom training, e-learning, workshops, simulations, etc.).
• Strong planning, problem‑solving, and project‑management skills.
• Organized, detail‑oriented, and able to present complex information to various audiences.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, interpersonal skills, conflict resolution, and time‑management skills.

• Typing, mouse work, and prolonged computer use.
• Regular hand use for various tasks.
• Ability to hear alarms, signals, and verbal instructions.
• Ability to lift, carry, and move materials up to 40 pounds.
• Phone answering and texting may be required, as well as manual dexterity to operate a computer and phone system efficiently.

The reasonable estimated hourly rate for this position is $28. Compensation may vary based on location, experience, and skill set. Additional bonuses, commissions, or other compensation may be offered.
