Location: California
Rancho Caymus Inn, Rutherford, CA, is seeking a friendly hotel front desk agent to join our guest services team. You’ll welcome guests, manage accounts, answer inquiries, and help resolve issues to ensure an excellent guest experience.
Requires strong communication, customer service and multitasking; the role includes checking guests in/out, maintaining records, and coordinating with housekeeping. Flexible schedule mornings, evenings, weekends preferred.
