Location: Bridgeton
Hussmann is seeking a Customer Service Representative to support our Parts Department in Bridgeton, MO. You will be the voice of the customer, ensuring specifications are met and issues are resolved by entering, collecting, forwarding, and troubleshooting requests.
Responsibilities include handling warranty order communications, documenting feedback, expediting shipments, processing invoicing, and using the Parts Oracle System to monitor orders.
