Codis is seeking a detail-oriented, analytical, and customer-focused Customer Support Manager to join our team in Chesterfield, Missouri. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys building customer relationships, coordinating with multiple departments, analyzing data, and ensuring customers receive exceptional support throughout the entire order lifecycle.

As a Customer Support Manager, you'll serve as the primary point of contact for assigned customer accounts while partnering closely with Sales, Supply Chain, Production, Quality, and Finance to ensure outstanding customer service and operational excellence.

What You'll Do
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with assigned customer accounts.
  • Manage the complete customer order lifecycle from purchase order through fulfillment.
  • Process customer purchase orders accurately and efficiently.
  • Communicate order updates and resolve customer inquiries in a timely manner.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to meet customer expectations and delivery commitments.
  • Support sales forecasting by identifying ordering trends and customer demand.
  • Assist Business Development with pricing requests, product inquiries, customer opportunities, and promotion of the Codis product portfolio.
  • Monitor customer order trends and identify potential supply, inventory, or service concerns before they impact customers.
  • Prepare reports and analyze customer, order, and forecast data to support business decisions.
  • Recommend process improvements that enhance customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.
  • Maintain customer information and account activity within CRM and ERP systems.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to support customer retention and long-term account success.
Qualifications

Required

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Finance, or a related field.
  • Experience in customer support, customer service, account management, logistics, supply chain, or a related business function.
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Microsoft Excel.
  • Experience working with ERP/MRP systems.
  • Strong analytical and data interpretation skills.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
  • Strong organizational, time management, and prioritization skills.
  • Ability to manage changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively across multiple departments.

Preferred

  • Experience in pharmaceutical or manufacturing environments.
  • Knowledge of domestic and international shipping processes (INCOTERMS, export procedures, etc.).
  • Experience with freight forwarding or customs brokerage.
  • Bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus.
