Client Services Representative

Vernon Veterinary Clinic is looking for a full time client service representative/receptionist to join our team.

• Create a warm and welcoming environment for our patient and pet parents
• Demonstrate experience in a fast-paced environment
• Capable of working autonomously
• Capable of following direction and performing at a high standard
• Ability to work as part of a team
• Ability to remain calm and efficient in stressful situations
• Positive outlook and enthusiasm

• Answer phone calls on a multiline phone system
• Schedule appointments on Ezyvet IT system
• Placing outbound calls to pet parents for follow-up and future appointment/bookings
• Respond and manage email correspondence
• Invoicing/billing; creating estimates, process payment
• File documents electronically

  Job Type: Full time

  Hourly rate: $19 - $20
