Kick off your summer working where the fun begins! As an Admissions Team Member at Enchanted Parks
, you'll be one of the first faces guests see when they arrive. You'll welcome guests, scan tickets, help with parking and rentals, and make sure everyone starts their day with a great experience. This is a perfect summer job for candidates who enjoy being outdoors, working with people, and staying active.

NEW! Team Members who work after 4pm during Fright Fest will earn an additional $2/hr on top of their standard rate of pay!

• Scan and validate tickets and season passes at park entry
• Sell or scan parking passes at the Toll Plaza
• Direct traffic into the parking lot when needed
• Greet guests with a friendly, helpful attitude
• Provide directions and park information
• Work at Lost Parents locations and maintain proper documentation
• Rent out strollers and wheelchairs
• Manage Lost and Found items
• Clean and maintain animal kennels and inventory at end of day
• Keep work areas clean, organized, and welcoming
• Follow Enchanted Parks'
  Guest-First service standards
• Assist with additional duties as needed

• Minimum age: 15
• Friendly, positive attitude and strong communication skills
• Comfortable interacting with guests throughout the day
• Ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment
• Willing to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Basic computer skills
• Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions
• Able to stand for extended periods of time
• For Lost & Found/Rentals: ability to lift up to 40 lbs
• Strong teamwork skills and reliable attendance

Additional responsibilities may be assigned as needed to support park operations.
