Responsibilities

• Conduct guided tours through the brewery, explaining brewing processes, company history, and brand heritage.
• Engage with guests, answering questions and ensuring a friendly and informative tour experience.
• Manage tour schedules and accommodate large groups ensuring timely and organized tours.
• Provide guests with information on brewery products and merchandise available in gift shops.
• Assist in maintaining the cleanliness and safety of the tour areas.
• Collect feedback from visitors to improve the tour experience.

Required Skills
