• Coordinates and controls the flow of the seating chart,optimizing an even workload for all staff.
• Engaging with guests to ensure they’reprovidedwithexceptional customer service.
• Answering calls, taking reservations, responding to complaints,and helping to resolve them.
• Helping team members withothertasksin the restaurant as needed.
• Operates a cash register/P.O.S. System, ringing proper amount into the register and giving the guest or server the correct change; accounts for all cash, charge, and complimentary sales according to established procedure;maintains integrity of all financial controls and responsibilities.
• Quotesaccuratewaiting times and handles guest waiting lists or reservations in accordance with established procedures.

• Prior customer service experience in a fast-paced environment preferred.
• Previous cash handling experience a plus.
• Ability tomultitaskand problem solve.
• Ability tomaintaina high levelof energy and take a proactive and strategic approach to dealing with issues.
• Ability to stand and walk throughout the duration of shift.
• Excel at working independently and as part of a team.
• Must obtain a Bossier ABOand LACT.
