• Act as the primary point of contact for customers, addressing inquiries and providing information regarding vehicle services.
• Assess customer needs and recommend appropriate services and repairs.
• Coordinate with technicians to ensure timely completion of services.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and service history.
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service delivery.

• Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably in the automotive sector.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Basic understanding of automotive repair and maintenance.
• Proficient in using computer systems and software for documentation and communication.

• Certification or training in automotive service advising.
• Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software.
• Knowledge of the latest automotive technologies and trends.
