Customer Service Representative

What You’ll be Doing

• Providing customer service excellence via email and phone to both external and internal customers as well as via company related website as our ecommerce presence grows
• Responding to customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing timely solutions to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Nurturing sales orders through the process from beginning to end, ensuring accuracy, quality and on‑time delivery.
• Building relationships with customers and clients by anticipating their needs and proactively engaging with them.
• Supporting art needs by working closely with our art department to proof designs while utilizing our propriety tools for art creation when applicable.
• Understanding company trademarks and registrations to ensure compliance with licensed logos.
• Keeping current on color trends, hat styles, and product information
• Utilizing marketing and sales promotions to help support sales growth
• Training:
  You’ll progress through a robust internal training program that will help you achieve all the above.

• Experience:
  
  Customer service experience (Preferred)
• Education:
  
  High School Degree (Preferred)
• Ideal Characteristics:
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Ability to deal promptly with various types of client needs
