Customer Service Representative – Full Time

Store Supply Warehouse is adding dedicated, service‑oriented professionals to join our team as a Customer Service Specialist at our main headquarters in Bridgeton, MO. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the point person for customer questions and concerns, handle inbound calls, and enter orders into our system.

• Provide an excellent customer experience through phone, email, and chat by addressing questions, concerns, and requests in a timely and professional manner.
• Proactively engage potential customers through outbound calls and emails to introduce Store Supply Warehouse.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty.
• Stay up to date with SSW product knowledge and industry trends to effectively communicate benefits to customers.
• Identify customer needs and recommend the appropriate products or services to meet those needs.

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Customer service experience of one year or more in a call center preferred, but not required; training will be provided.
• Computer literate, proficient in data entry and typing.
• Ability to navigate between different websites and multitask.
• Ability to work in a quick‑paced customer service environment; troubleshoot and take corrective action when necessary.
• Experience with outbound sales, telemarketing, or company/product introductions a plus.
• Fluent in Spanish a plus but not required.
• Willingness to maintain a safe and ethical work environment and work effectively as a team member.

• Starting hourly wage of $17.50 per hour.
