Cali Kids/Next Level Dental in Auburn, CA is currently seeking a Practice Manager for our Pediatric and General Dentistry office. This individual will play a crucial role in maintaining smooth clinic operations and delivering exceptional patient care. Responsibilities Include
  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the practice to optimize clinic efficiency
  • Coordinate with clinical staff to ensure timely service delivery that exceeds customer expectations
  • Drive high standards of care through optimal administrative excellence, including inquiries, billing, and record-keeping
  • Implement and oversee the adherence to office policies and procedures to maintain high productivity and compliance
  • Collaborate with doctors and staff to foster a positive work environment and promote professional growth, addressing any issues that may arise
Qualifications and Skills
  • Minimum 2 years of experience working in a general dental or pediatrics practice.
  • Proven leadership abilities with the ability to motivate, inspire, and mentor a diverse team.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to interact effectively with patients, staff, and external stakeholders.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to multitask and prioritize competing demands effectively.
  • Knowledge of regulatory requirements and compliance standards governing dental practices.
  • Outgoing and socially poised; accomplishes goals by working with others
  • Proactive and results-oriented with a hands-on approach to challenges
