This is a great opportunity for someone who is passionate about preventive care, enjoys community outreach, and wants to be part of a collaborative team focused on long-term impact. You’ll work in a modern clinical setting with supportive leadership, while also engaging with schools and community programs to promote oral health.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver patient-centered preventive dental care, screenings, and education
- Support oral health outreach in schools and community programs
- Collaborate closely with dentists and other healthcare team members to ensure high-quality treatment
- Educate patients on oral hygiene techniques, nutrition, and long-term oral health strategies
- Contribute to a safe, efficient clinic environment by maintaining infection control and equipment protocols
- Travel to other clinic locations as needed to support outreach and care delivery
- Associate’s degree in dental hygiene required
- Bachelor’s degree in dental hygiene preferred
- Demonstrates professional commitment to providing services to underserved persons
- Computer literate in electronic mail, word processing, and office management system software
- A valid driver’s license and agency established minimum automobile coverage upon hire (or ability to obtain within 30 days of hire) required
- Dental Hygienist in the state of Missouri required
- Believe in equitable access to oral healthcare and want to serve diverse populations
