Smile Design Dental Center is looking for a Dental Hygienist to join our team.

Location:

956 Bryan Road, O'Fallon, Missouri 63366

Work Schedule (open to part-time):

• Tuesday: 8:00am-6:00pm
• Wednesday: 7:45am-5:00pm
• Thursday: 7:15am-4:30pm
• Friday: 7:45am-2:00pm

2‑doctor practice, utilizing Dentrix.

60‑minute re‑care appointments, 90‑minute new patient appointments.

Bi‑weekly, hourly pay + option to opt into Daily Pay for earned paychecks.

Ability to earn daily + quarterly bonuses.

We have Arestin, iTero, Velscope + CE coverage available.

All part‑time / temp / full‑time positions accrue PTO.

• Current dental hygienist license in Missouri and an Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in dental hygiene (where required).
• Excellent working knowledge of dentistry, dental hygiene procedures, patient screening, and medical history documentation.
• CPR Certification.

• Experience using Velscope, Diagnodent, digital scanner, digital x-rays, and electronic medical record systems.
• Desire to continue learning and grow clinical skills for preventative care and overall maintenance of patient dental health.
• Clinical needs as required by office.

• Ability to perform essential duties as deemed necessary by the Office/Doctor/Heartland Dental, with or without reasonable accommodation. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential duties of the position.
• Prolonged periods sitting and standing.
• Must be able to lift and carry up to 45 pounds at times.
• Availability to attend virtual training sessions (or in‑person) periodically throughout the year.
• TB test required for all new hires in dental office positions, standard requirement. Must be completed prior to starting employment.
