DENTAL ASSISTANT – BALLWIN FAMILY SMILES
Lumio Dental is seeking a Dental Assistant who can work side‑by‑side with the dentist, providing excellent chairside care to our patients. Whether you have prior experience or are a new student, we welcome applicants.
HoursMon‑Tue: 8 AM – 5 PM;
Wed‑Thu: 7 AM – 4 PM;
Fridays are not scheduled.
- Expose dental diagnostic X‑Ray.
- Record treatment information in patient records.
- Take and record medical and dental histories and vital signs of patients.
- Clean teeth using dental instruments, including cleaning and polishing removable appliances.
- Apply a protective coating of fluoride to teeth.
- Fabricate temporary restorations and custom impressions from preliminary impressions.
- Instruct patients in oral hygiene and plaque control programs.
- Pour, trim, and polish study casts.
Experience as a dental assistant or recent dental school graduate; comfort with dental procedures and patient care.
