Forum Dental St. Louis is looking for a Dental Hygienist to join our team.
Location:
1544 Sierra Vista Plz, St. Louis, Missouri 63138
Work Schedule:
M–Th 7:45 am – 5:00 pm
Practice type: one doctor practice using Dentrix!
Appointment structure: 60‑minute recall, 90‑minute new patient.
Pay:
Bi‑weekly hourly pay, with option for Daily Pay. Ability to earn daily and quarterly bonuses.
Equipment:
Arestin, iTero, Velscope + CE coverage available.
Full‑time: minimum 30 hrs for full benefits package, includes United Healthcare PPO, paid holidays, 401k, dental, vision, wellness benefits and more.

Minimum Qualifications- Current dental hygienist license in Missouri and an Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in dental hygiene (where required).
- Excellent working knowledge of dentistry, dental hygiene procedures, dental patient screening and medical history documentation.
- CPR Certification.
- Experience using Velscope, Diagnodent, digital scanner, digital x‑rays and electronic medical record systems.
- Desire to continue learning and grow clinical skills to meet needs of patients and provide preventative care and overall maintenance of patients’ dental health.
- Clinical needs as required by office.
- Ability to perform essential duties as deemed necessary by the Office/Doctor/Heartland Dental, with or without reasonable accommodation.
- Prolonged periods of sitting and standing.
- Must be able to lift and carry up to 45 pounds at times.
- Availability to attend virtual training sessions (or in‑person) periodically throughout the year.
- TB test required for all new hires in dental office positions.
