My Crossroads Dentist with Dr Place and Dr Cain are looking for a Dental Hygienist to join our team.

Location:

1849 Wentzville Parkway Wentzville, Missouri 63385

Work Schedule:

Monday 9:30-7pm, Tuesday 7:30-5:00pm, Wednesday 7:30-5pm, Thursday 6:30-3:00pm, Every other Friday 7:30-1:00pm.

Two-doctor practice utilizing Dentrix. 60-minute recall visits and 90-minute new patient appointments. Bi-weekly hourly pay with the option to receive daily pay. Opportunity to earn daily and quarterly bonuses. Available equipment:
Arestin, iTero, Velscope, and CE coverage.

Minimum Qualifications
  • Current dental hygienist license in Missouri
  • Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in dental hygiene (where required)
  • Excellent working knowledge of dentistry, dental hygiene procedures, dental patient screening, and medical history documentation
  • CPR certification
Preferred Experience
  • Experience using Velscope, Diagnodent, digital scanner, digital x-rays and electronic medical record systems
  • Desire to continue learning and grow clinical skills to meet patients’ needs and provide preventative care and overall maintenance of dental health
  • Clinical needs as required by office
Physical Requirements
  • Ability to perform essential duties as deemed necessary by the Office/Doctor/Heartland Dental, with or without reasonable accommodation
  • Prolonged periods of sitting and standing
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 45 pounds at times
  • Availability to attend virtual or in-person training sessions periodically throughout the year
  • Tuberculosis (TB) test required for all new hires in dental office positions; test will be arranged during pre-employment process
