Dental Hygienist

Overview

Premier Dental Partners South County/Fenton is seeking a Dental Hygienist to join our team. The role is located at 750 Gravois Bluffs Blvd, Suite C, Fenton, Missouri 63026.

Work Schedule:

Full‑time or part‑time. Full‑time:
Monday‑Thursday 7am‑4pm or Tuesday‑Thursday 7am‑4pm, Friday 8am‑12pm. Part‑time schedule available.

Practice: 3‑doctor practice utilizing Dentrix. Appointment times: 60‑minute recare, 90‑minute new patient appointment.

Compensation:
Bi‑weekly hourly pay with daily pay option, daily and quarterly bonuses. Benefits for full‑time include United Healthcare PPO health insurance, paid holidays, 401k, dental, vision, wellness benefits, and additional perks. Part‑time benefits include dental, paid holidays, 401k, wellness benefits.

Provide dental hygiene services and preventive care. Screen patients, document medical history, and perform dental hygiene procedures.

• Current dental hygienist license in Missouri.
• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in dental hygiene.
• Excellent working knowledge of dentistry, dental hygiene procedures, patient screening, and medical history documentation.
• CPR Certification.

• Experience with Velscope, Diagnodent, digital scanner, digital x-rays, and electronic medical record systems.
• Desire to continue learning and grow clinical skills to meet patient needs.
• Ability to continue performing clinical tasks as required by the office.

• Perform essential duties with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Prolonged periods of sitting and standing.
• Lift and carry up to 45 pounds at times.
• Availability for virtual training sessions or in‑person sessions periodically throughout the year.
• TB test required for all new hires for dental office positions; arranged during the pre‑employment process.
