Experience &

Key Responsibilities
  • Greet patients and families warmly and ensure a positive front‑desk experience
  • Schedule and confirm patient appointments efficiently while optimizing provider schedules
  • Verify insurance benefits, explain coverage, and collect payments
  • Manage patient check‑in/check‑out and maintain accurate patient records
  • Communicate effectively with clinical staff to support smooth daily operations
  • Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by management
Requirements
  • Previous experience in a dental or medical office preferred (pediatric experience a plus)
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Knowledge of dental insurance and billing processes
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment
  • Proficiency with practice management software and basic computer skills
  • Team members are expected to uphold the culture outlined in the SDB Handbook, with a focus on our core values and any additional responsibilities as defined
