• Valid California Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) license.
• Associate's degree in Dental Hygiene or higher.
• Experience in a dental practice preferred, but new graduates are welcome.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
• Knowledge of dental software and electronic health records.
• Commitment to continuing education and professional development.
