• Provide superior patient service with compassion and care in accordance with patient needs, company policies, government regulations, and dental board standards.
• Work collaboratively with the dental team to deliver exceptional patient care.
• Consult with patients on treatment options, verifying insurance payments and collections to ensure high‑quality care.
• Supervise and reinforce the daily tasks and priorities of the non‑clinical team under the Manager’s direction.
• Review data daily to evaluate the practice’s impact and support decision‑making.
• Oversee scheduling, confirm patient appointments, and manage cancellations.
• Verify insurance payments, collections, balance nightly deposits, and credit card processing.
• Perform additional tasks assigned by the Manager as needed.

• High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with patients of all ages and backgrounds.
• Analytical thinking with a focus on data utilization.
• Organization and attention to detail.
• Completion of an eight‑week training program at Aspen Dental.
