This PPO and fee for service practice is led by its down to earth owner doctor who absolutely loves dentistry, his team and community. The practice has a track record of associates comfortably earning in the $250,000 - $525,000 range on a 4 day work week.

The practice is hiring due to an associate moving back home to Ohio. Owner doctor is highly skilled and friendly leading to a truly good opportunity for mentorship on advanced cases if that is what you're seeking. Owner is happy to discuss partnership with experienced candidates.

The staff is experienced and includes EF2 Dental Assistants that help aid in the doctor team’s efficiency and productivity. Aside from solid earnings, a positive environment is incredibly important to the owner and team and the staff have truly created a positive atmosphere they’re happy to step into each day.

Schedule:

4 days per week (Part time avail if preferred)

Compensation: $700-$1,000 Daily Guarantee + Adj Production

Facilities: 11 Ops

Technology: CBCT imaging, Three iTero scanners, Glidewell io for same-day crowns, Perio Laser

Staff:
Owner doctor on site for collaboration or mentorship, strong team with EF2 Dental Assistants

Unique/Historic selling points: 75+ new patients per month, high income history for associates (250-500K typical)
