What We're Looking For:

As the clinical lead at your location, you'll care for patients, guide the team around you, and build a practice that people stay with for years. That takes: DDS or DMD from an accredited dental program, with an active Texas dental license or license-eligible status Full-time availability, and the intention to put down roots rather than pass through Strong clinical skills and the confidence to diagnose thoroughly, present comprehensive treatment plans, and see them through A natural relationship-builder — patients trust you quickly, come back year after year, and send you their families Comfort leading a clinical team: setting the standard, coaching your assistants, and partnering with your office manager on scheduling and case acceptance A commitment to getting better every year, not just staying current
