We are seeking a creative, high-energy, and enthusiastic Landscape Designer/Architect to join our dynamic team. Our company offers a collaborative team atmosphere and a fast-paced, unique studio environment, providing an excellent opportunity to see your design vision realized from start to finish on a variety of residential and commercial design/build projects.
Responsibilities- Design and develop landscape plans for residential and commercial projects.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure project goals are met.
- Manage projects from concept through completion, ensuring design integrity and quality.
- Utilize various software programs such as AutoCAD, Land FX, and Real Time Landscaping Architect for design and planning.
- Prepare plans, specifications, schedules, and cost estimates.
- Conduct site inspections and apply knowledge of construction and landscape materials.
- Communicate effectively with clients and team members to resolve issues timely and accurately.
- Proficiency in software programs including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, AutoCAD, Land FX, Structure Studio VIP Suites, Microsoft Access, and Real Time Landscaping Architect.
- Strong freehand illustration and rendering skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
- Highly developed organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
- Broad knowledge of plant material and horticultural practices.
- Ability to make accurate drawings to scale and prepare comprehensive project documentation.
- Knowledge of surveying and engineering principles.
- Preferred:
Degree in landscape design, construction, and/or architecture. - Prefer 3-5 years of experience in landscape design or a related field.
