TBE Architects, an award-winning design firm with over 50 years of experience in hospitality architecture, is seeking a seasoned Architectural Project Manager to join our passionate and collaborative team. Specializing in casinos, hotels, and resorts—with a unique focus on Native American gaming properties—we deliver master planning, architecture, interior design, and construction administration services across North America.

What You’ll Do- Lead day-to-day communication with clients, consultants, and internal teams
- Manage and coordinate all phases of design and documentation, ensuring timely and high-quality deliverables
- Oversee consultant teams including structural, MEP, civil, geotechnical, and environmental engineers
- Facilitate client meetings and presentations, clearly communicating design progress and options
- Interpret building review comments and integrate them into design solutions that meet client goals
- Track project budgets, schedules, and profitability
- Document key decisions and maintain clear communication across all stakeholders
- Guide and motivate project teams, resolving conflicts and promoting collaboration
- Administer contracts and interface with local planning and permitting authorities
- Identify opportunities for internal process improvement and innovation
- Report directly to firm leadership
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Construction Management, or a related field (Architects or Engineers preferred)
- Architectural license preferred, or a clear path toward licensure
- Experience in design and construction supervision
- Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent verbal, written, and digital communication abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Power Point
- Ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure
- Willingness to travel (approximately 25%) for client and contractor meetings

Relocation: Candidates must be able to reliably commute to or plan to relocate to St. Louis, MO 63132 prior to starting.
