Salary: $65,000-$110,000/yr. depending on experience and an annual discretionary bonus opportunity.

• Lead and manage the design and development of residential architectural projects from concept to completion
• Develop detailed architectural plans, construction drawings, and specifications
• Coordinate with in-house land development, design, estimating, purchasing, engineers, and field staff
• Proficiency in CAD software and ability to teach software libraries and efficiencies
• Quality control of all work by others and self-performed work
• Conduct site visits to monitor project progress and ensure design compliance

• Bachelor's degree in architecture or related field
• 1-10+ years of experience in residential design or related field
• Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, Sketch Up or similar
• Knowledge of residential design principles and building codes
• Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate with team members and clients
• Attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
