Landscape Designer​/Architect

A collaborative, internationally engaged landscape architecture practice grounded in design excellence, environmental stewardship, and cross?studio creativity is looking for a technically minded self starter. This role offers the chance to lead impactful landscape projects, collaborating with talented designers across multiple studios while shaping meaningful public and private environments.

• Lead project design and delivery from concept through construction, ensuring clarity, innovation, and technical rigor.
• Guide multidisciplinary teams and coordinate across disciplines to achieve cohesive project outcomes.
• Produce compelling graphics, presentations, and design narratives that communicate ideas effectively.
• Manage project schedules, workflows, and quality control to support successful, timely, and organized delivery.
• Collaborate with colleagues across multiple studio locations on U.S. and international work, contributing to culturally resonant and impactful landscapes.

• Bachelor’s or Master's degree in Landscape Architecture.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite, Rhino, and Grasshopper.
• Technically minded self starter who knows how to take initiative.
• Experience leading multidisciplinary teams and managing full?service project delivery, some project management.
• Strong problem?solving, communication, organization, and time?management skills, with a high level of accountability.
• Experience with international projects a plus.
