Senior Architectural Designer

Our client, a National and design-driven architecture firm based in Orange County
, is seeking a Senior Designer to join one of their Studios
. This role is ideal for a highly experienced designer who thrives in concept-driven work
, understands Mixed-Use, Single & Multi-Family projects
, and can lead initiatives from early vision through design development. You’ll play a hands‑on role shaping design direction while collaborating closely with project managers, production teams, and clients.

NOTE

• This position is Fully Onsite in Central Orange County
• Hybrid or Remote work is Not available
• 7+ years of professional experience required — No recent graduates

• Lead design concepts for multifamily and single-family residential projects
• Translate vision into compelling architectural solutions and presentations
• Collaborate with project managers to ensure design intent is maintained
• Produce and oversee drawings, renderings, and presentation materials
• Guide junior designers and support studio-wide design standards
• Participate in client presentations and design reviews

• 10+ years of architectural design experience
• Background in Mixed, Single & Multifamily projects helpful
• Deep understanding of Southern California design context and codes helpful
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, some Revit, InDesign, Enscape, D5 Render
  , and Sketch Up
• Strong design sensibility, communication, and leadership skills
