Totum is a uniquely structured multi-disciplinary firm of designers, architects, construction & project managers committed to changing the way design and construction are delivered both to client and the environment through our 'client partner' approach. We are dedicated to redefining the design process and committed to the belief that architecture in its most noble aspiration is crafted from the careful management of intents and expectations in concert with the physical, financial, and legal realities of building without compromise to design's potential.
We are seeking a competent local to Los Angeles intermediate level designer on a path to licensure and/or junior architect. While our design assignments are informed by our client’s needs and construction related realities, our design approach fully recognizes the potential for design to elevate and bring value to clients and end users. We are currently working in the single & multi-family residential, affordable housing, healthcare, recuperative care, resilience center, and the commercial tenant improvement sectors.
The overlap of our unique ways, our wide range of services, and the various market segments we work in regularly bring added value to our design assignments. The position is best suited for a self motivated professional seeking professional growth. The candidate must be proficient in Auto Cad, InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Powerpoint, Excel as well as Rhino and other modeling software commonly used in the industry.
Revit is a bonus.
We are seeking an individual who is focused on their professional development and how it can overlap with Totum’s own growth and next chapter of its 20 year existence.
