We are seeking a talented, full‑time Architect / Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate is a strong designer who is highly motivated, well organized, and thoughtful in their approach to design. They should have experience working as part of a collaborative design team and possess strong communication skills. We value individuals who are reliable, detail‑oriented, and enjoy contributing to a creative studio environment.

• Perform design assignments including programming, conceptual design, schematic design, design development, space planning, and construction documentation.
• Participate in the selection and presentation of furniture, furniture systems, fabrics, equipment (FF&E), color palettes, and lighting.
• Generate presentations, construction documents, specifications, and material selections required throughout concept and construction phases.
• Provide design support and documentation during the development and execution of design concepts.
• Coordinate with external consultants, product representatives, furniture dealers, and fabricators.

• Professional degree in Architecture from an accredited school.
• Revit proficiency is required. Familiarity with standard architectural tools including Rhino, Bluebeam, Enscape, and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator) is expected.
• Ability to work locally at our Los Angeles office with authorization to work in the United States.
• 3–5 years of relevant professional experience.
• Registered Architect preferred, but not required.
• Strong graphics and visualization skills to effectively communicate design ideas.

• Experience working across all project phases, from concept through construction completion.
• Direct project experience within Los Angeles building standards and regulations.
• Working knowledge of building codes, local permitting processes, entitlement procedures, and building construction.
• Experience coordinating with clients, internal teams, and external consultants, including full documentation coordination with engineering and design consultants.
