You won’t support PMs. You’ll be equal to them—and often lead product scope and influence technical architecture through superior UX clarity. Our process starts with designing the ideal user experience first. From there, we spec product features and only then write code. Design sets the direction. Everything else follows.

• End‑to‑end UX design across Nex Health payments.
• Full responsibility for research, flows, wireframes, prototypes, and final UI.
• Lead product scope and shape technical implementation through design‑first thinking.
• Collaborate tightly with PMs and Engineers as a co‑equal product builder.
• Build and evolve design systems and scalable UI standards.
• Craft experiences that eliminate work or make the job dead simple for users.
• Champion user clarity, accessibility, and precision across every surface.
• Make design decisions that directly shape product architecture and engineering priorities.

• Users understand and love the product without needing explanation.
• UX becomes a primary reason for adoption, retention, and customer satisfaction.
• Design drives clarity across engineering and product teams.

• 6–10+ years of end‑to‑end product design ownership.
• Deep experience in SaaS, platform, or API‑heavy environments is a plus.

Actual salaries will vary depending on factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance. The range listed is just the base salary component of Nex Health’s total compensation package for employees. Other benefits may include stock options, an unlimited paid time off policy, and up to 100% coverage on medical, vision and dental insurance.
