- Create predictability within uncertainty
- Prototype fast and evaluate running builds
- Champion accessibility from the ground up
- Stay one sprint upstream
- 5+ years of product design experience
- Demonstrated experience designing for AI or ML-driven products
- Deep hands‑on fluency with Figma
- Experience building or contributing to a shared design system
- Ability to prototype in code or with AI-assisted tools
