It's fun to work in a company where people truly believe in what they are doing! We're committed to bringing passion and customer focus to the business. We are looking for a talented Product Designer to shape the visual and interactive experience of our optimization program. You will join our cross‑functional Optimization team comprised of Data Scientists, Program Managers, Developers, and Producers.
Your work will span product design for internal tools, design variations for A/B tests, and high‑quality creative assets for program communications — including executive decks, newsletters, and launch announcements. If you're passionate about translating complex data and processes into elegant, intuitive experiences and thrive in an environment where design has direct business impact — we encourage you to apply.
- Expert proficiency in Figma and Sketch, with a strong portfolio demonstrating product design and visual design work across digital products and communications.
- Strong UX sensibility — ability to design intuitive interfaces, workflows, and interaction patterns for internal tools and data‑rich applications.
- Exceptional visual design skills with a high bar for typography, layout, color, and hierarchy — comfortable maintaining and extending an existing design system.
- Experience designing for data‑heavy environments: dashboards, analytics tools, reporting interfaces, or experimentation platforms.
- Ability to produce polished presentation and communication assets, including executive slide decks, newsletters, and program announcements, with a strong eye for brand consistency.
- Strong collaboration skills — able to work closely with data scientists, engineers, and program managers to translate functional requirements into great design.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present and defend design decisions to diverse stakeholders, including technical and marketing audiences.
- Ability to manage multiple design work streams simultaneously across different stages of development.
- Highly beneficial (but not required):
- Experience with Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop).
- Familiarity with HTML/CSS and front‑end implementation — ability to collaborate closely with developers on production handoff.
- Experience designing within a design language or comparable premium consumer technology brands.
- Prior experience in a marketing analytics, growth, or experimentation environment.
- Product & Tool Design
- Lead the design of internal optimization tools, including Stats Engine — our proprietary A/B testing platform — and the program's documentation hub.
- Own end-to-end design from discovery and wire framing through high-fidelity prototypes and developer handoff.
- Partner closely with Data Scientists and Engineers to ensure interfaces are intuitive, data is clearly presented, and workflows reduce friction for users across technical and non‑technical backgrounds.
- A/B Test Variation Design
- Create compelling design variations for A/B tests across email and channel digital surfaces.
- Translate optimization hypotheses into visually precise test variants that rigorously maintain brand standards and design system.
- Collaborate with Creatives, Producers, and Developers to ensure design intent is faithfully implemented across test environments.
- Program Communications & Creative Assets
- Design high-quality assets for program communications including executive‑facing decks, quarterly business reviews, team newsletters, and feature launch announcements.
- Bring the same design rigor to communication artifacts that bring to product — ensuring every stakeholder touchpoint reflects the quality bar of the Optimization program.
- Partner with the Comms Manager and Program Manager to develop templates, visual systems, and reusable design components that make the program's communications consistent and scalable.
• Bachelor's degree in Design, Human‑Computer Interaction, Visual Communication, or a related field.
• Master's Degree or equivalent advanced study desirable.
• Minimum 8–12 years of relevant product or digital design experience, with a portfolio demonstrating both product design and visual/communications design work.
If you like wild growth and working with happy, enthusiastic over‑achievers, you'll enjoy your career with us!
