Architectural Designer: Build Real ADUs & Permits (LA)

We're an 18-person team based in Glendale that has designed and built more than 600 ADUs across LA County. If you want to do real housing work — permits, designs, projects that actually break ground — read the roles below.

Part‑time on‑site role for a college student interested in architecture, real estate, or construction operations. Shadow project managers and designers, help coordinate documents, and learn how permits actually get through LADBS.

Own the client‑facing side of our Glendale HQ. Manage the calendar, answer incoming calls from LA homeowners, coordinate consultations, and keep the pipeline tidy in our CRM.

Design ADUs and SB9 projects from concept to permit‑ready. Proficiency in Revit or AutoCAD required;
California building‑code fluency strongly preferred. Hybrid/remote‑friendly.

California‑licensed architect who can stamp drawings and lead permit‑ready design delivery. Work alongside our project‑management team on 600+ ADU/SB9 pipeline. Remote‑friendly, LA‑based preferred.
