What You’ll Do- Lead and grow the Landscape Architecture & Design Studio
- Mentor designers and elevate team performance
- Oversee luxury residential & commercial projects
- Partner with leadership on growth and strategy
- Active Landscape Architect license
- 8+ years of professional experience
- Strong understanding of design, construction & business operations
